There are no refunds for goods that have gone into production or have been shipped, No refunds for preordered goods at any point. All orders are shipped through either USPS or UPS. Please double check your address before submitting your order. Your address is written exactly as you submit it. In the case that an address has been flagged as incorrect your order will be put on hold until a response is given via email to verify or correct said address. International orders are subject to VAT (taxes) paid by the recipient through the local customs office. Those rates vary country to country.
