Weedeater Webstore Policy: 

Most Weedeater store products are produced as they are ordered, production times may add a few days between purchase, the shipments tracking number being submitted and ship out of those products. 

There are no refunds for goods that have gone into production or have been shipped. No refunds for preordered goods at any point. If you would like to exchange your product for a different size reach out to us and we will facilitate your exchange for available sizes. Additional charges for postage may apply. Returns are not accepted for used, worn or washed items.

 Please, remember that Weedeater is a band and not a large scale corporate entity. We do our best to make sure every customer gets what they order in a timely fashion. We want you to have this merch! That being said, we have little to no control over delays or lost package on a parcel service’s part. Once a package is recovered or marked officially lost a replacement of your order will be sent.

 All orders are shipped through either USPS or UPS. Please double check your address before submitting your order. Your address is written exactly as you submit it. Lost packages due to incorrectly submitted addresses will not be refunded. Lost packages due to incorrect address are not reimbursed to us by insurance. In the case that an address has been flagged as incorrect prior to ship out your shipment will be put on hold until a response is given via email to verify or correct said address. 

International orders are subject to VAT (taxes) paid by the recipient through your countries customs office. Those rates vary country to country. 

European Union orders that are eligible for a return must be sent back to sender or proven to be in transit to qualify for a refund.
